  I had some glass that needed cut and brought it in. There was some confusion and the glass was cut wrong. I was fine with it and called to see if i can bring it back to get fixed and the owner was extremely rude about it and didnt want to fix the problem. I never asked for the $70 of glass i bought refunded. Never asked for free glass. Just the same glass recut and he went off about, "not my glass not my problem" "my son (who cut my glass) said it wasnt his fault" "i dont think i should have to throw $100 to you for something that isnt our fault". When i gave dimensions when i walked in anyways. The son was EXTREMELY NICE AND WONDERFUL. I loved having him help me. But he obviously didnt learn his manners and people skills from his FATHER! NEVER GOING BACK and neither is my boyfriend, dad, coworkers who live in edgerton as thry heard how he talked to me on the phome during break, and other people i know. I would rather drive out of town to menards or farm and fleet then have to deal with the owner again.
